La Marea Restaurant: Capturing the fine poetry of dining, La Marea features Mediterranean, Yucatecan and Maya cuisine abundant in fresh seafood. An array of the chef's recommendations are prepared daily.

La Marea restaurant provides room service from 7:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m.

The Grill at the Pool: This restaurant features a fresh light menu from the grill. Among some of the award-winning dishes are the ceviches served martini style.

The Mayan Kitchen: An outdoor ancient Maya kitchen made of wooden branches with a palapa roof is available for private dining events and Maya cooking classes for a minimum party of eight. Guests learn the native cooking methods whereby meats or seafood are simmered in banana leaves in ovens deep below the earth.

Guests can also choose to dine anywhere, anytime and all breads and pastries are made at the resort.
