Deluxe Rooms: The Deluxe Rooms are located throughout
the Casa de Sierra Nevada complex. Each room is individually

Restaurant Andanza: The Andanza restaurant, located
in the main house “Casa Principal,” provides a relaxed
elegance where guests can enjoy continental cuisine with
regional influences as well as entertainment by a live
pianist or trio. Guests will enjoy a memorable dining
experience in this stunning restaurant. The restaurant is
the winner of Mexico's prestigious Distinctive H, as well as
the coveted AAA Four Diamond and the Dirona awards, the only
restaurant in San Miguel de Allende to receive these honors.
Most recently, Restaurant Andanza won the prestigious AAHS
International Five Star Diamond Award. The food is sublime,
fine china and beautiful table linens adorn the tables; and
the service is exemplary. Andanza serves breakfast, lunch

Restaurant Casa del Parque: Nestled beneath the
colonnades of the mansion, the menu features tasty Mexican
specialties with exotic names and flavors, like sopa azteca,
tacos a la milpa, trozo torero, mole de Marilú, and leche
quemada a la naranja. Casa del Parque is a more relaxed
restaurant, and it is known for its regional Mexican cuisine
and evenings filled with the boleros of a local trio. The
adjacent Parque Benito Juárez is ideal for a shady stroll
after lunch or to work up an appetite before dinner. A
relaxed, informal atmosphere, the Casa del Parque is
particularly good for lunch or for a low-key dinner after a
day of sightseeing. The space is divided into four sections:
The bar, the main dining room, the patio overlooking the
garden of the house and the private Salon Don Ignacio.

magnificent 18th century casa in the heart of San Miguel de

from the main house, between El Chorro (the springs) and
Juárez Park, the Casa del Parque is decorated in a typical

The Jardín del Parque: This
garden offers an event space in the beautiful
surroundings of one of gardens of the Casa del Parque,
enclosed by trees and colorful flowers; this is the

Located in Casa del Parque, this is a very comfortable
and beautiful room with delightful views over the
gardens. Perfect in winter, the ornate fireplace offers

Salon del Obispo: Located
inside Casa del Parque, this elegant dining area is
perfect for a family reunion. From the windows you can

Area of the Cactus: A lovely
open area located inside Casa del Parque; with the best
views of the fountain that decorates this historic
hacienda. This area has a capacity from 25 to 60

Casa Limon: Casa Limon is
one of the newest houses of the complex, named Limon due to
the beautiful lemon tree planted in the entrance of the
building. Housed in a historic 17th century building, the
event spaces are located next to the pool area. Period
murals can still be seen on the walls and, in traditional
Mexican colonial style, the doors and windows are framed in
quarry stone. Casa Limon has two event spaces: La Galeria
and the Jardín Principal.

Galería is a perfect spot for a small gathering or event
and can accommodate up to 50 persons.

meeting area of the main garden has the colonial
architecture of Casa Limón serving as a stunning

Sazón: The Sazón cooking
school is located in the heart of the cultural city of San
Miguel de Allende. Known for its culinary delights the
school is also the perfect venue for a special occasion. The
Sazón is housed in a typical eighteenth century mansion with
all of the artisan details and architecture of this most
artistic of cities. The Sazón offers a real taste of the old
